I really love this bar shampoo. I have been using it for a week now and usually I don't shampoo too often because it dries my curly hair out but my hair feels moisturized after using this. With other bar shampoo my hair would tangle after and during the shampooing but with this one I can run my fingers through my hair. I haven't been using long enough to say if it is improving my hair health but I can definitely say that my hair is softer and does not tangle as easily. Oh, and the smell! The smell is amazing, actually leaves my hair smelling good which was an issue with the other brand of bar shampoo. My boyfriend and I have both been using all week and it barely looks like we have used it so I thing its going to last awhile, its also much larger than the other brands I have tried. I bought thee conditioner that goes with it and that is great as well!
