Eligibility for Returns:

Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Refunds & Non-Refundable Items

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom Products: Items that are personalized or made-to-order.
